We all know that Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! And even more so when you’re hosting a breakfast with friends to raise money for a very worthy cause.
The Prince’s Trust and their ambassadors are currently encouraging their supporters to invite friends and family for a breakfast get together fundraiser – With proceeds going towards helping disadvantaged young women. The money raised will be used for things like providing young women with the skills and confidence to find employment and set themselves up for life.
When is The Brilliant Breakfast?
This Brilliant Breakfast fundraiser is due to be held next week, between the 10th and 16th October, so there’s still time to become involved and transform into the host with the most!
Whether you host your Brilliant Breakfast in the comfort of your own home for friends and family, or bring your Brilliant Breakfast into the office to share and fundraise with colleagues – This is a great opportunity to bring people together and raise money for those in need at the same time.
Who benefits from the funds raised from the Brilliant Breakfast?
The Prince’s Trust is committed to helping disadvantaged young women, with this fundraiser bringing much hope and opportunity to the women that need it most. Your Brilliant Breakfast fundraiser could help a woman regain their confidence and improve their future.
These disadvantaged young women need our support. They may have faced various challenges or adversity already in life, including:
- Leaving care
- Struggling with long term unemployment
- Poor mental health
- Poverty
- Homelessness
The Prince’s Trust is on hand to help these women and get them back on their feet. Wherever they are based in the UK, these disadvantaged young women can access The Trust’s free courses to help build their confidence and skills – And be supported into jobs, self-employment, education or training.
That’s why they need you and your fundraising efforts this October!
Fancy hosting your own Brilliant Breakfast?
If you naturally enjoy hosting friends and family at your home, or maybe like to brighten up your colleagues’ mornings with a much needed coffee or spot of breakfast, this fundraiser is for you!
The Prince’s Trust are asking you to host a Brilliant Breakfast for friends, family and colleagues. Every penny raised through your supporters donations this October will go towards The Prince’s Trust mission to support these young women. A very worthy cause! And all for just a coffee and a croissant.
You could help to change a young woman’s life through simply hosting a breakfast.
